All ceramic pieces are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, breakage can occasionally occur in transit. We take every precaution to pack your items securely, using eco-friendly materials where possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges
Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, and small variations are part of their beauty. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

For class bookings, full payment is required to secure your place. Cancellations within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future class where possible.
